Endur Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Endur Application Support Analyst to join our team at KWA Analytics. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for providing operational support for Endur ETRM, analyzing and resolving issues, and coordinating maintenance and enhancements with Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for Endur ETRM, including issue analysis and resolution, and maintenance and coordination of different applications.
  • Perform daily operations and health checks, and identify potential root causes for failures and coordinate fixes with Development teams.
  • Monitor EOD and ensure completeness.
  • Coordinate and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to quickly respond to issue resolutions.
  • Coordinate and contribute Bug Fixes, Change Requests, and enhancements in close collaboration with ETRM stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with traders, schedulers, back office, QA, infrastructure, technical support, business development, and various management teams globally.
  • Manage user access to Endur, related tools, and 3rd party applications.
  • Build documentation for common procedures, troubleshooting scenarios, and system architecture.

Requirements:

  • BS in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of direct work experience in Endur V16 or higher, including configuration, enhancements, workflows, etc.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Endur across the front, middle, and back office modules, including Trading Explorer, Market Explorer, Back Office Desktop, APM, and Report Builder, and TPM.
  • Experience in working with EOD workflows and sim results.
  • Experience with JVS, OpenComponents, and SQL.
  • Good working knowledge of the Power, Gas, and Renewables markets.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements, conduct analysis, create use cases, testing, and deployment to production.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Functional and business knowledge in Endur across Front, Risk, and Back office functions.
  • Script development skills, particularly related to automating Endur processes.
  • SQL knowledge, including queries, updates, table creation, and basic database maintenance.
  • Experience with commonly integrated systems such as BroadPeak K3, WebICE, Trayport, YesEnergy, NatgasHub, Hartigen, Adapt2.
