Equipment Sales Professional Job Description

The Equipment Sales Professional will be responsible for generating sales of equipment and controls for products represented by Balticare to assigned building owners and contractors to meet fiscal year sales and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships with consulting engineering firms, building owners, and contractors
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Design and execute marketing and educational training modules to consulting engineering firms and contractors

Requirements:

  • Fully competent and experienced in the areas of capital sales, marketing, and lead generation with consulting engineering firms, contractors, and owners in the HVAC marketplace
  • A minimum of five (5) years direct sales experience selling to the HVAC engineering and contracting community in the New York City marketplace

Working Conditions:

This position requires occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs, and travel up to 60% of the time.
