Electrical Engineer as Project Manager for Medium/Low Voltage

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager for Medium/Low Voltage projects at Matrix Ventures. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive engineering processing of assigned projects, including planning, project design, construction preparation, execution, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of medium/low voltage projects, ensuring compliance with construction and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with internal and external partners, including construction and planning offices, to manage projects and make decisions regarding implementation.
  • Network Design and Optimization: Perform load and short-circuit calculations using modern GIS systems and design and optimize network capacities.
  • Cost, Schedule, and Quality Management: Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects, while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale MS/NS construction projects, including all planning and construction phases.
  • Skills: Strong ability to take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management, with experience in managing external and internal partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in network calculation software for load and short-circuit calculations.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to assert yourself, communicate effectively, work independently, and prioritize tasks.
