Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership for the electrical engineering team.
  • Guide and nurture staff for professional advancement.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and compliance with QA/QC protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers on financial planning and timelines.
  • Design and oversee systems for a range of projects.
  • Serve as the 'Engineer of Record' for clients.
  • Uphold Tetra Tech's technical standards.
  • Facilitate training and development for staff.
  • Evaluate MEP systems and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in MEP Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Active Professional Engineering license.
  • Familiarity with OHSPD.
  • Capability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Experience in sustainable design is preferred.
  • Proficiency in REVIT is essential.
  • LEED AP BD+C accreditation is advantageous.
