Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Support Specialist to join our team at World Finance. As a Field Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operations of our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with loan applications and handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in our centralized branch location to complete onboarding and a 1-week training program.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple locations and support the branch's operations.
  • Once training is complete, you will be assigned to a nearby branch permanently and transition to the role of Financial Services Representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with loan applications and handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in the office with questions, concerns, product availability, and knowledge of products.
  • Service past due accounts per Company policies, including completing call routes daily and performing skip-tracing on select accounts.
  • Update information at each customer contact, including updating borrower records, servicing loans, promoting all products available, and taking loan applications and processing for approval/denial.
  • Post payments, prepare loan documents, execute loan closing, balance assigned cash drawers, prepare and complete daily branch bank deposits, transport money, maintain daily delinquency reports, complete weekly progress reports, and assist with making and understanding monthly/yearly branch operating standards.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license, not in jeopardy of suspension.
  • Have access to a dependable vehicle and the vehicle must have vehicle insurance.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have the ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products.
  • Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well with a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Work Environment

Office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
