Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Merchandising: Develop and implement site merchandising strategies, considering seasonality, promotions, and site navigation improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
  • Experience with Shopify Plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite Apps
  • Understanding of e-commerce apps (e.g., Gorgias, Returnly, Loyalty/Referral Programs, Reviews Platforms)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and self-motivated team player
