Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our financial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing manual and wire payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and performing day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process manual and wire payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies in vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payable status and reconcile the accounts payable ledger
  • Understand and comply with expense accounts and cost centers
  • Review invoices and update the Company database
  • Monitor and verify payment with vendors in a timely manner
  • Review AP balance and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Create and maintain vendor files and 1099s on the Company database
  • Generate and upload daily banking reports
  • Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours
  • Accounts receivable duties and monthly closing support
  • Other duties as required by management
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Above in a related field
  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Microsoft NAV System Experience preferred
  • Basic Mathematical Knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Exceptional Organization and Time Management Skills
