Available Work Schedules:
(A):
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Evening shifts available

(B):
• Weekend and weekday evening shifts

(C):
• Midweek and weekend evening shifts

(D):
• Thursday to Monday evening shifts

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining rental policies and vehicle features
• Utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend additional services
• Provide local area information and assistance as needed
• Handle incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
• Conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction
• Assess vehicle condition upon return and report any issues
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to work at least one of the specified schedules
