Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of assembly operations, including electronic and electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, component installation, and quality testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations, including electronic and electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, component installation, and quality testing.
  • Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in performing assembly tasks.
  • Work with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment, and perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Work with engineers to conduct experiments and develop new assembly techniques.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of assembly operations, including electronic and electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, component installation, and quality testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and other team members.
