About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication and Welding Expert to join our team at Admix, a leading manufacturer of industrial mixing equipment. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of our high-performance mixing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret complex blueprints and drawings to cut, machine, bend, and TIG weld metals to precise specifications.
  • Plan and execute fabrication and welding tasks, ensuring high-quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship or successful completion of an in-company, three-year training program.
  • 5+ years of welding fabrication experience.
  • Strong understanding of machines and tools used in welding, including designs, uses, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms.
  • Basic understanding of mathematics as related to welding assignments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
