Compa Industries Inc is recruiting for a Nuclear Materials Management Professional to support our esteemed client at Los Alamos National Laboratory. As a valued member of the NMM team, you will contribute to strategic planning, operational management, and tactical execution to ensure the successful delivery of the program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with technical teams and subject matter experts to optimize nuclear material storage and handling practices.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with program deliverables and schedule milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • A degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in program management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with DOE regulations and guidelines, particularly those related to nuclear materials management.
Salary Range:

$150,000 - $220,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
