Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team at JB Consulting Systems. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our consolidated rental car facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor performance and compliance with service agreements and department standards.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in project meetings to track milestones toward completion and provide operating expertise to support ORAT teams for new projects coming online.
  • Emergency Response: Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain current knowledge of individual area of expertise and provide updates to the team as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Establish good working relationships with other team members, tenants, owners, and building staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree, trade school, or technical certification preferred. May be substituted with High School Diploma and 4 years of progressive experience in a similar technical role.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of related industry experience, including complete knowledge of project management and experience with car wash maintenance and fuel management programs.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of safety principles and practices, effective communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
