Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at ARKA Group. In this position, you will be responsible for performing full life-cycle Contract Management for a large portfolio of high-value contracts. Active US Government Top Secret security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiation activities for major proposals and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and negotiate contracts received from the government and industry prime customers, identifying areas of risk and developing negotiation strategies.
  • Support functional areas, such as Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain, by providing contract advice in support of proposals, agreements, and other activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements, as well as experience working with government acquisition organizations and major aerospace prime contractors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Active US Government Top Secret security clearance is required.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as business, law, or a related field, is required.
