Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team as a Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
About the Job
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining accuracy in all transactions. You will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Process hotel registrations, room assignments, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including preferences, special requests, and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including arranging services and amenities as requested.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including overnight shifts.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hospitality software.
Estimated Salary Range
$38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
