Job Title: Market President - Fayetteville Market

Job Summary:

The Market President is a key leadership position responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Fayetteville market. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Fayetteville market team, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the Fayetteville market, including management of budgets, resources, and personnel.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, identifying and mitigating risks to the bank.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and senior management, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive business results, and a strong understanding of the banking industry.
