Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join InterSystems as a Technical Services Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Install Computers and Printers: Ensure that all computers and printers are properly configured and installed to meet the needs of our organization.
  • IT Asset Procurement and Inventory Management: Assist with the procurement of IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that our organization has the necessary equipment to function efficiently.
  • Special Event Setup and Tear Down: Provide technical support for special events and ensure that all equipment is properly set up and torn down.
  • Other Projects as Assigned: Assist with other projects as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience Supporting Mac and PC Operating Systems and Hardware: Have previous experience supporting Mac and PC operating systems and hardware in a professional role.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to Independently Identify and Prioritize Tasks: Be able to independently identify and prioritize tasks to ensure that all responsibilities are completed efficiently.
  • Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Possess proven problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • High Degree of Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Related Experience: Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this role.
