Job Title: Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Marshall & Sterling Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our network infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
  • Provide technical assistance to users regarding network-related issues.
  • Assist senior engineers in network projects, such as upgrades and expansions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and installation procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software technologies.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Understanding of basic hardware components and their functions.
  • Basic PC/Networking skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, work in various physical environments, and comply with safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions accurately.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Flexibility to work weekend and evening hours as required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
