Job Summary

The Antitrust Division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Support Specialist to join its dedicated team. As a key member of the Litigation Support Section, you will play a critical role in supporting the Division's mission to promote competition and protect the competitive process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice, training, and support to trial staffs in areas such as data analysis, document management, and litigation support systems.
  • Assess the needs of Division attorneys and economists, and develop and recommend strategies to meet case support needs.
  • Manage and administer automated litigation support systems, ensuring security access, maintenance, and operation.
  • Develop and implement custom algorithms, workflow processes, and layouts for complex data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research purposes.
  • Prepare periodic status reports for senior-level Division management, keeping them informed of litigation support activity and budget status.
Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. This experience must have provided you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Examples of qualifying experience include developing or reviewing procedures and computer collection and validation specifications, designing and managing ALS database systems, and examining data from multiple disparate sources.
