Job Summary

This position is located in the Civil Rights Division's Administrative Management Section. As a Litigation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the litigation technology and support components associated with complex and highly technical cases and/or projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with trial attorneys and professional administrative staff to discuss and gather case requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of automated litigation support applications and best practices to carry out case support.
  • Experience with document review platforms, such as Relativity, to provide guidance capturing relevant case data from a document collection.
  • Experience with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) for eDiscovery processing and case support.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
  • Experience with automated litigation support applications and best practices.
  • Experience with document review platforms, such as Relativity.
  • Experience with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Working Conditions

This position is included in the bargaining unit. The Division's telework policy requires employees to be in the office at least four (4) days per pay period.
