Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime repair or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Extensive knowledge of maritime repair procedures, industry benchmarks, and regulatory standards.

Demonstrated capability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive operational success, and foster business growth.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong financial insight and experience in managing budgets and financial outcomes.
