Sales Account Manager

Independence Corrugated is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling corrugated solutions to customers in a designated territory, building strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Independence Corrugated remains competitive
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- 3-7 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the corrugated box industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
- College degree, preferably in a related field such as business or marketing
- Experience with sales software and technology, including CRM systems
