Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing community as a Resident Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional care to our residents, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the overall success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting">
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff">
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support">
  • Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care">
  • Other duties as needed">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license, prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
