About the Role

  • BUILDING TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS with residents and their families through compassionate care and personalized attention">
  • PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">
  • NOTIFYING MANAGEMENT OF CHANGES IN CONDITION and recommending adjustments in care and service">
  • PARTICIPATING IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE PLANS (ISPs)">
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting risk management practices">
  • Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to residents and guests">

Earn a Competitive Salary: $20-$23 per hour, plus shift differentials

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • Certifications and licenses as required by state regulations">
  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a caregiving or related field">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to make informed decisions and act in the best interest of residents">
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail">
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities">
