Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities:- Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish strong relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
- Notify Management of Changes: Inform management of any changes in a resident's condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service as needed.
- Assist Residents in Life Skills: Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
- Dedication to Serving Seniors: Demonstrate a passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive Attitude and Flexibility: Possess a positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and may be required per state regulations.
