Job Title: Pediatric LPN Caregiver

About the Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric LPN Caregiver to provide skilled nursing care to children and adolescents in the home setting. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and support to our youngest patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one patient care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to travel to patient homes as needed
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience. Aveanna offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid training opportunities.
