Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with customers to create lifelong clients.
- Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle by actively listening and asking insightful questions.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our vehicle offerings, including optional packages and the latest technology.
- Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to encourage referrals.
- Develop skills to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance reviews.
- Bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence each day.
