EmPATH Master's Level Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Program Coordinator to join our EmPATH team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing non-hospital facility-based services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

Job Summary
  • Provide short-term treatment and stabilization services to individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise designated employees and provide clinical direction as needed.
  • Facilitate referrals and link clients with needed services.
  • Complete assessments and therapy as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Administer crisis assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to front-line staff.
  • Ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring with each client.
  • Complete documentation of client care in compliance with policy and procedure.
  • Participate in administrative team meetings and contribute to the development of program goals.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Certification in verbal de-escalation techniques required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
