Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other members of the facilities management team to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities management team.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
