Job Description

At Florida First Psychiatry Specialist, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and customer service. We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in delivering this vision.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, addressing inquiries, and redirecting calls or messages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with visitors, patients, and colleagues.
  2. Managing the front desk area, including maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  3. Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing any queries or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  4. Preparing and sending outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  5. Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  6. Updating records and files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  7. Assisting with monitoring office expenses and costs, identifying areas for improvement.
  8. Performing other duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and schedule management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as faxes and printers.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications are desirable.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
