Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Role Playing Specialist to join our team. As a Role Playing Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating realistic training scenarios for special agent and Uniformed Division officer trainees. You will work closely with professional instructors to develop and execute dynamic training exercises that simulate real-world situations. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and possess a strong understanding of scenario-based training methods.

Responsibilities
- Play complex roles in training scenarios to simulate real-world situations
- Collaborate with instructors to refine and adjust scenarios as needed
- Participate in physically demanding activities, including running and lifting up to 20 pounds of training props
- Contribute to the development of new training scenarios and exercises

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. theater, education, psychology)
- 2+ years of experience in scenario-based training or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing scenarios
- Physical stamina to participate in physically demanding activities
