Job Summary

This Care Criteria Coordinator role involves supporting our healthcare teams by ensuring that patient care is aligned with established guidelines and standards.

  • Develops and maintains knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and care criteria.
  • Works closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes.
  • Provides expert guidance on application of care criteria and associated policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

In addition to supporting healthcare teams, this role involves:

  • Reviewing and analyzing patient data to identify areas for improvement in care delivery.
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Staying current on industry best practices through ongoing continuing education.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse healthcare teams.
Estimated Salary Range: $83,000 - $110,000 per year
