Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Stine brand within the assigned territory, fostering strong relationships with growers and dealers to drive sales growth.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Stine seed products and services, enabling you to provide expert agronomic and technical support to customers.
  • Manage dealer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Agronomists to deliver sales support, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the team.

As an ideal candidate, you possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in agriculture, including agronomy, crop production, or seed sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with growers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • A strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet established sales targets and goals.

We prefer candidates with existing relationships with growers and a deep understanding of their needs and values. The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and performance.
