We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Physician Specialist to join our team at ProLocums. This is a unique opportunity for a talented healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing inpatient medical care, including hospital admissions, emergency department coverage, and rounding on patients. They will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care and excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in internal medicine, have excellent clinical skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. They must also be board certified in internal medicine and hold a valid medical license in the state where the assignment is located.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and malpractice insurance. Additionally, we provide ongoing education and training opportunities to support your professional growth and development.

Work-Life Balance

This assignment offers a 7on/7off schedule, providing a healthy balance between work and personal life. The shifts are 7a-7p, with night call for admissions and floor calls 7p-7a. You will have regular breaks and time off to recharge and pursue your interests.
