Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Earth Fare. As a key member of our Front End team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash office operations, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and embody Earth Fare's customer service standards to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage cash office operations, including reconciliations, cash handling, and daily balancing.
  • Communicate effectively with cashiers, Front End Manager, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with merchandising, maintaining an attractive Front End department, and implementing Earth Fare's merchandising/marketing guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Earth Fare experience preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service. You will be standing, walking, and being on your feet for the majority of your scheduled work shift.

Physical Demands
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Pushing, pulling, and maneuvering heavy loads.
