Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service orders and oversee the flow of the service area.
• Ensure customers receive timely, courteous, and effective service.
• Take responsibility for the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
• Provide dedicated support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential. Experience with Ford is advantageous.
