HR Operations Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for creating insightful reports and ensuring the integrity and compliance of HR data.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract specialized reports and data sets, delivering precise and relevant information that supports specific strategic initiatives and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting protocols to provide consistent, timely, and accurate HR metrics and data insights to stakeholders.
- Generate and provide specialized reports and datasets upon request for US and Canadian employees, ensuring all data is meticulously curated and presented in a clear, readable format for optimal stakeholder comprehension and use.
- Revamp and take full ownership of ServiceNow reporting and dashboards, ensuring they meet the evolving business needs and provide actionable insights for HR decision-making.
- Proactively drive data initiatives by anticipating and delivering advanced reports and datasets for US and Canadian employees, fostering strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
- Conduct weekly audits on key HR data points, such as Work vs. Home Locations, Cost Center vs. Company, and Remote vs. Alternate Work Locations, while continuously seeking opportunities for new audits that improve data integrity and meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Design and assist in the development of intuitive data dashboards that provide real-time HR analytics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Partner with the compliance team to ensure all data management practices are in line with federal and state regulations in the US and Canada.
- Oversee the management of talent pools in Workday, ensuring accurate maintenance and timely updates.
- Advocate for and implement HR best practices in data management and business process efficiency across the US and Canada.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital HRIS team to safeguard data integrity and promote continuous process improvements.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations and/or HRIS is required.
- Experience with Workday HR platform is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar HR case management platform is required.
- Experience with Tableau or a similar data reporting platform is required.
- In-depth technical and administrative knowledge of HR is required.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
- Thrives in matrix environments, is flexible, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
- Takes initiative to solve problems and fill process gaps.
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Recognized as a resource within function for problem-solving capabilities.
- Communicates effectively at all levels, including written and oral.
- Identifies, promotes, and implements best practices in area of responsibility.
- High-level proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Products is required.
- Can manage detailed work within constant deadlines and time constraints.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
