About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Professional to join our Ads Finance team. As an Executive Support Professional, you will provide administrative support to 2-3 Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support the Directors.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and organize team activities.
  • Assist the EA team in fostering a cohesive and effective work environment.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
A Day in the Life

As an Executive Support Professional, you will proactively manage complex calendars to ensure deliverables are met. You will coordinate calendars across multiple teams to proactively plan for key business cycles. You will effectively and proactively support Directors and other team members, acting as a gatekeeper by balancing customer obsession and backbone. You will ensure timely action by organizing, prioritizing, and addressing sensitive, confidential information and requests.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with executive level calendar management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars.
