- Manage customer relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and escalation as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of our Data Cloud platform, and communicate these to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- 8-10 years of experience in customer success, technical customer success, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features, with a strong understanding of our Data Cloud platform.
- Salesforce product certifications, such as AI Associate, Administrator, or Data Cloud Consultant.
- Experience working with modern cloud data platforms, data analytics tools, and AI technologies.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in software development, data architecture, and data engineering.
