Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Awareness: Identify and engage with prospective partners, alumni, and friends of the university to build a strategic approach to partnerships.
  • Partnership Development: Create and execute direct university-to-organization contact and development strategies to engage prospective partners, nurture key relationships, and increase enrollment.
  • Onboarding & Engagement: Support the onboarding of new partners and provide ongoing communication to ensure engagement and long-term enrollment success.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop custom recruitment strategies to effectively communicate IWU programs and deliverables to partner organizations.
  • Presentation & Events: Create customized presentations and recruitment materials for influencers, decision-makers, and prospective students.
  • Internal Partners: Build strong relationships with enrollment leaders, counselors, and support staff to promote enrollment aims.
  • Data Management: Maintain records on recruitment and account activity through the CRM and track lead and contact data to support reporting, trend analysis, and relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, marketing, college recruitment, and/or public relations.
  • Excellent organization ability, superior interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to arrange and conduct meetings and presentations with influencers and prospective students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate his/her Christian faith.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Working experience in Office 365 and Salesforce.
