Partnership Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with external organizations to drive enrollment growth and support the university's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive enrollment growth and support the university's mission
- Identify and engage with prospective partners to build relationships and drive partnership development
- Collaborate with academic leaders to design and execute outreach strategies to support partnership development
- Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment and account activity through the CRM
- Develop and track weekly, monthly, and annual benchmarks to support development goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required
- Master's preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, marketing, college recruitment, and/or public relations
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent organization ability, superior interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task
- Enjoys working with diverse audiences, and values multicultural awareness
- Relates well to working professionals
- Self-initiating, self-managed, intrinsically motivated, innovative, creative, and persevering
- Ability to articulate his/her Christian faith
- Excellent driving record
- Working experience in Office 365 and Salesforce
- Superior communication skills (spoken, written, group, and individual)
Work Environment:
This is a remote position that requires 50% - 75% travel with possible evening, weekend, and overnight travel required.
