Job Summary

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for implementing our new Youth Empowerment Program, working closely with the Association Youth Empowerment Director to ensure its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to promote youth empowerment and development.
  • Collaborate with staff and community partners to build relationships and secure resources.
  • Provide training and support to staff and volunteers to ensure program excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in program development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
