About the Job
Estimated salary: $28-$35 per hour (based on location and experience)

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and managing paperwork.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information, including demographics, medical history, and insurance details.
  • Managing front desk operations, including greeting patients, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Coordinating patient transportation and facilitating smooth transitions between departments.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in secretarial or administrative studies preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a clerical position, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
