Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Southwestern Oregon Community College. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of early childhood education programs in Coos and Curry Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to observe and assess the quality of early childhood education programs.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to program staff and administrators on best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with other community organizations and agencies to promote early childhood education and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
