Our facility is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in attracting and onboarding top talent across various departments, supporting our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and interview qualified candidates for clerical, technical, administrative, professional, and management positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct skills assessments and reference checks to identify the best fit for each role.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • An associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel (25%).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • SHRM, HRCI, or other HR certification is an asset.

  • A competitive salary range: $61,612.00 - $83,357.00
