Primary Responsibilities:
- Offer technical guidance and support to clients regarding warranty issues and equipment functionality.
- Oversee projects that involve programming, electrical, and hydraulic tasks.
- Conduct training and assess the performance of Field Technicians.
- Diagnose and rectify machine control systems to enhance equipment availability.
- Develop and present training programs for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate key performance metrics and suggest design modifications to boost efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Automation, Fluid Power, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC and HMI software development and troubleshooting.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain necessary certifications.
Work Environment:
- Combination of office work and physical tasks, including occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs, with travel requirements reaching up to 70%, including international destinations.
- Capability to operate in demanding conditions during equipment evaluations.
