Remote Service Desk Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

**Job Summary:**

As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will work to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Document and track technical issues and resolutions

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and O365
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
