Personal Lines Account Manager

At World Insurance Associates, we're seeking a skilled Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Account Executives with client management and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with insurance producers to deliver exceptional client service
- Support Account Managers in effectively managing a high volume of work, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Process changes to existing policies, including adding or replacing vehicles, mortgagee changes, and coverage updates
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies with precision
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
- Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Minimum two years of Personal Lines account management or support experience required
- Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred
- Able to work independently and interact effectively with team members
- Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use discretion when handling sensitive information
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
