Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at an outpatient dialysis center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
