About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized attention to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families through empathetic and compassionate care.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver specialized nursing care.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine setup.
  • Deliver care to patients dealing with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Prior experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification may also be advantageous.
