Sigma Inc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at our facility in Allston, MA.

About the Role

This 13 weeks contract position involves participating in the delivery of patient care under the direction and supervision of registered nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing basic and routine patient care activities such as personal hygiene, toileting, meal preparation, vital sign checks, intake/output monitoring, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfers between bed, toilet, and other areas of the resident facility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Maintenance of a current MA state CNA license and BLS certification.
  • The ability to apply sound judgment and clinical skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Flexibility to accept changes in work assignments based on departmental and patient needs.
  • Participation in all departmental and hospital-wide education offerings.
  • Familiarity with relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective quality outcomes.
